INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL PRESENTERS
The Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic & South-East Regions Investor Capital Expo will feature 12 high-quality, diverse investment opportunities from technology, healthcare/life sciences, consumer products, energy/green tech., real estate, and other high growth investment silos. Companies that apply to Keiretsu Forum are typically in their A or B rounds having already secured initial funding of $500k to $1.5 million from founders, friends, family, and individual angels. Most of these companies will be looking for an A or B Round investment in the $1m – $5m range, the Keiretsu Forum investment sweet-spot. Preference will be given to companies actively in funding with a completed Keiretsu Forum due diligence report and PPM package. Companies with complete due diligence and funding packages from other angel-venture groups are also urged to apply, especially if affiliated with an ACA (Angel Capital Association) recognized angel group.
To apply to present at the Investor Capital Expo, please contact Chuck Carter, VP of Entrepreneur Services, at CCarter@KeiretsuForum.net or call Chuck at +1 (856) 986-0106. The Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic and South-East Regions are part of the Keiretsu Forum global angel investment network and welcomes submissions from international companies.
All presenters will be pre-screened by a select committee of Keiretsu Forum members and due diligence fellows. Presentation coaching will be provided to companies selected to present. Each entrepreneur will make a live presentation on Wednesday and Thursday and will be available for additional discussion and due diligence at their breakout rooms on Friday. Following the presentations, the attendees will vote and award the top three presenting companies the “Stephen M. Goodman Most Valued Company” award.
“The Angel Capital Expo provided INDIGO with a national forum to present the value of the Company. As the 2017 Stephen M. Goodman Most Valued Company Award recipient, INDIGO secured over $600,000 in investments from Keiretsu Mid-Atlantic and other angels which attended the event. The Company surpassed its capital fundraise target because of the Angel Capital Expo!”
