This session will highlight Term Sheet basics and the kinds of investments active angels make based on type of company, type of investment opportunity, and how great partnerships between investors and their portfolio companies are created by negotiating the deal up front.  The session will include a high-level review of the K4-MA Term Sheet and a simple Cap Table along with the legal perspective of “getting it right.”
